About HAL MOROZ

Hal Moroz is Georgia's choice to serve as Justice on the Supreme Court of Georgia!

Hal Moroz is an Attorney and Counselor at Law, who served as an Assistant District Attorney, a County Judge, and a city Chief Judge in the great State of Georgia. His practice in the law has ranged from prosecuting criminals on behalf of the State of Georgia to representing American military veterans in courts up to and including the Supreme Court of the United States. He is not currently in the private practice of law.

Judge Moroz is also an accomplished soldier and statesman, as well as a retired U.S. Army officer, having served in the Airborne Infantry. Judge Moroz served on the faculty of Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida, and the State Bar of Georgia's Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) for the education of attorneys.

The formal education of Hal Moroz includes attending and graduating from:
       The University of the District of Columbia School of Law
    
  St. John's University (Graduate Study in International Law & Diplomacy)
    
  The U.S. Army Command & General Staff College 

Hal Moroz is also a news and legal commentator, sharing his insight on the law and current affairs on a variety of popular media programs. He is also a prolific writer, having authored numerous legal articles, weekly legal newspaper columns, and books. Copies of his many books can be ordered at
